Mary Ann, Strength and Comfort
September 1928

Mary Ann's life was too encompassing to be described in a few short words.

She was steady, beloved, and the root of the community in which she lived. Mary Ann was content to live away from the main foot path. She was never one to show off with fancy leaves or a giant canopy, that was always left to others. Yet the entire forest knew her as a quiet force amongst them.

Mary Ann's strength was a comfort to others and forged in her enduring faith in the cycle of life, death and rebirth.
